Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a dedicated Salesforce Developer to design, build, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions.

You will collaborate with AWS-enabled teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce implementations, ensuring data integrity and security throughout the lifecycle. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, with Sales and Service Cloud expertise, and strong coding in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and JavaScript.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Developer experience.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of AWS platform development preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce declarative tools.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing settings.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with version control (GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines. DevOps Center.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow.
• Implement and maintain declarative customizations like custom objects, fields, validation rules, Flows and Apex.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, and batch jobs.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity within Salesforce.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; provide ongoing support.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce features and improvements.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
