Fuze Health is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flow) with secure integrations. You’ll gather requirements, convert them into technical specs, and perform data migrations while maintaining data model, security, and APIs (REST/SOAP).

The role collaborates with AWS teams in an Agile environment; requires a CS degree, 3+ years Salesforce Dev experience, Sales/Service Cloud, and Platform Developer I certification

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce Developer experience.
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and JavaScript skills.
• Knowledge of AWS platform development preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce declarative tools.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with version control (GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines (DevOps Center).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Flow.
• Implement and maintain declarative customizations such as custom objects, fields, validation rules, Flows, and Apex.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, and batch jobs.
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity within Salesforce.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle and provide post-implementation support.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security guidelines, and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and provide ongoing platform maintenance.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce features and improvements; implement where appropriate.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment with sprint planning and stand-ups.
