• Minimum 8 years in Salesforce DevOps with Copado and deployments across multiple environments.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
• Strong knowledge of metadata and data migrations and release governance.
• Ability to coordinate dependencies and perform impact analysis before deployments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce deployments and org migrations across Dev – QA – UAT – Production.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines integrated with Git and Copado workflows.
• Coordinate data migration alongside metadata deployments and external tools.
• Automate deployments with quality gates and defined promotion paths.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across orgs.
