Our direct client has an opening for a Salesforce/Copado Developer position # 759303. This position is for 6-12+ months, with option of extension, and will be worked remote. Candidate must work EST business hours.

ITD is seeking a Technical Specialist for a project to deploy prebuilt Salesforce package application that will be configured with minimal customization in Electronic Signature and Document Development. The goal of the project is to implement and validate a reporting solution to replace multiple outdated Adult Services data collection systems (Adult Protective Services Registry (APS-R), Disinterested Public Agent Guardian (DPAG)). This reporting solution along with strategic enterprise interfaces with the Salesforce platform for future inclusion of Division of Aging programs. Vendor onboarding has been completed. This project is in the execution phase. This position will work with the business and vendor to ensure that the development, testing and deployment of the modules is done smoothly and responsible for ongoing maintenance.
- The experienced developer will work on both Salesforce application development, integration development and maintenance of the application.
- Responsible for maintaining the document generation and electronic signature custom code
- This individual will collaborate with stakeholders and other Agile team members to develop reliable, secure code from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Provide support and troubleshooting for ongoing Salesforce issues reported by users
- There source will test finished incremental components and provide feedback to the vendor.
- Regularly monitor the Salesforce environment to ensure system health, uptime, and performance
- Review and own the security & encryption as implemented and best practice oversight and continuous maintenance
- Responsible for the maintenance of MuleSoft Integrations
- Monitor APIs and Integrations
- Assisting in performing functional and integrated testing
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation and artifacts including analysis, reports, and user documentation
- Supporting required system go-live activities

Employee will perform other related work as required.
- Experience building and modifying complex applications on a Salesforce lightning platform
- Strong understanding and experience with all configuration aspects of Salesforce including for development.
- Experience developing custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and triggers in SFDC.
- Salesforce Administrator, Developer, Copado certifications required.
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) concepts and process
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Visio) and Microsoft Project
- Experience with SharePoint end user experience, sites, libraries, lists and groups
- Must have familiarity with agile methodology, tools, and frameworks, i.e., Scrum, Kanban
- Experience working for Federal, or State government is preferred and best practice oversight collaboration
- Experience with software implementation projects and with Cloud technologies
- Experience administering and managing (Products)Copado deployments on the Salesforce platform – with best practice and governance and change control - Required - 3 Years
- Experience with GITHUB and Copado and Jira as a base service and change control management - Required - 3 Years
- Knowledge of installing, configuring and upgrading Copado as an Enterprise Copado Product Solution with multiple orgs - Required - 3 Years
- Knowledge and experience for best practice oversight and coaching Salesforce project teams on Copado and Release Management processes - Required - 3 Years
- Experience and knowledge working with a CoE/best practice oversight team and coaching Salesforce project teams in coordination with SF Platform owner - Required - 5 Years
- Salesforce Admin I and II certification - Required - 8 Years
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II and/ or Platform App Builder certification - Required - 8 Years
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant Certification - Desired - 8 Years
