Responsibilities

• Serve as a Senior Salesforce Developer on the Production Support team, managing admin and enhancement tickets.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Participate in technical architecture discussions, code reviews, and solution design decisions.
• Support the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on Salesforce best practices.
