Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of Salesforce development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant field.
• Hands-on technical experience on Salesforce development or configuration in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web components, flows and declarative tools.
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform development including Apex classes/triggers, LWCs, APIs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, page layouts, record types, permissions).
• Knowledge of SOQL/SOSL and data model design.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and partner with team members to understand user stories and impacts.
• Knowledge and familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge and familiarity with testing techniques (e.g. unit and system).

Responsibilities

• Develops code; analyzes, researches, and resolves system issues.
• Participates in design reviews and code reviews.
• Communicates and works with team members/Business to understand requirements and impacts.
• Creates individual work plans, specifications and programs with guidance.
• Maintains high standards of integrity and privacy.
