Job summary

Univera Healthcare, Inc. seeks an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage the Salesforce platform supporting provider network engagement. You will configure, customize, and optimize Salesforce to enable scalable provider lifecycle management, train users, and ensure system stability.

Responsibilities include reports, dashboards, data quality, and integration with other systems, while collaborating with product owners in an Agile environment. Remote work may be considered case-by-case.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years related work experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field; in lieu of degree, six (6) years of related work experience.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required and advanced Salesforce knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM including user setup, profiles, roles, and teams.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and automation; ensure data quality and integrity.
• Configure fields, objects, page layouts, validations, and processes; support system changes end-to-end.
• Provide user support and training; document configurations and admin processes.
• Work within Agile project methodology; participate in testing and work planning.
• Evaluate Salesforce updates and AppExchange tools; propose process improvements.
