Job summary

Riveron is seeking a Salesforce Developer focused on Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud to join our team in a remote capacity for Atlanta, GA. You will gather requirements, configure Salesforce features, and design solutions across portals and communities, including CPQ, Pardot/Marketo, Apex, and LWC.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce experience with strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Hands-on CPQ implementation and Quote-to-Cash
• Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and Marketo
• Experience with automation features such as flows
• Strong knowledge of Apex and LWC
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD
• Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Experience integrating with NetSuite/ERP via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
• Knowledge of Agentforce

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into Salesforce solutions
• Document functional requirements and create solution designs
• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business needs
• Design and implement Experience Cloud portals
• Map requirements to out-of-the-box features and identify customization needs
• Configure Sales Cloud features including Sales Management, Campaigns, Lead Conversion, Forecasting, Sales Cadences, Account Management, Territory Management
• Implement Marketing platforms such as Pardot/Marketo for end-to-end configurations
• Evaluate AppExchange products (DocuSign, Spiff, Conga Composer, Sales Navigator, etc.)
• Identify integration requirements and propose approaches
• Configure Experience Cloud features (Experience Builder, Customer Service, Partner Central, Self-Service Portals, Knowledge, Chatter)
• Customize Experience Cloud templates for branding and usability
• Ensure responsive design and accessibility across devices
• Prepare runbooks and guide development
• Create solution design, system architecture, and ER diagrams
• Conduct user training and create documentation
