Job summary

Excellus BCBS in Utica, NY seeks a Salesforce Developer to design, build, test and deliver scalable solutions using Agile methodologies. You will translate user stories into code using Apex, LWCs and declarative tools, participate in design and code reviews, and ensure quality through unit testing.

You will work with IT and business stakeholders across projects, mentoring junior developers as needed, and uphold best practices, security, and privacy across the LifeTime Healthcare platform.

Qualifications

• One year of Salesforce development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or relevant field; six years of experience if no degree.
• Hands-on experience on Salesforce development or configuration in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, flows and declarative tools.
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform development including Apex classes/triggers, LWCs, APIs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, page layouts, record types, permissions).
• Knowledge of SOQL/SOSL and data model design.
