Truelogic is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Developer and Administrator to join an agile technical team. You will balance daily operational enhancements with major initiatives, including a telephony platform migration and expanding Experience Cloud capabilities.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions with a mix of declarative and code-based work.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Salesforce development and admin experience.
• Expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong declarative development and configuration knowledge.
• Hands-on coding with LWC and Apex.
• Experience building and troubleshooting automations and integrations.
• Solid track record integrating Salesforce with external APIs.
• Ability to choose between custom development and configuration.
• Comfortable documenting technical decisions and Jira workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce functionality across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
• Evaluate requirements and architect efficient configuration or custom solutions.
• Build and optimize complex automations and workflows.
• Develop and support Lightning Web Components and Apex code.
• Enable data integrations between Salesforce and external platforms or APIs.
• Lead the telephony migration and related integration work (Talkdesk to Genesys).
• Drive Experience Cloud initiatives and system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues across the environment and document tasks.
