Job summary

Truelogic seeks a hands-on Salesforce Developer and Administrator to join an agile team responsible for Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. You will balance day-to-day enhancements with strategic initiatives, including telephony platform migration and expanding Experience Cloud capabilities.

A proactive problem solver, you will choose declarative config vs. custom code to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce development and admin experience.
• Experience with Sales/Service/Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of declarative development and configuration.
• Coding with LWC and Apex.
• Experience building automations with standard and custom objects.
• Integrating Salesforce with external APIs.
• Ability to judge between custom development and out-of-the-box configuration.
• Experience documenting technical decisions and Jira workflows.
• Ability to manage complex projects independently.
• Genesys integrations preferred.
• Talkdesk CTI experience a plus.
• Experience migrating telephony automations desirable.
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud is a plus.
• Experience with Zapier/HiTouch live chat is a plus.
• Experience in small technical teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Evaluate business requirements and architect efficient config or custom development.
• Build and optimize automations and custom capabilities.
• Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex code.
• Integrate Salesforce with external platforms and APIs.
• Lead telephony migration from Talkdesk to Genesys and rebuild integrations.
• Drive Experience Cloud initiatives and system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues across the supported environment.
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks.
• Create and manage tickets in Jira.
• Operate independently within a distributed team.
