Truelogic is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Developer and Administrator to join an agile technical team responsible for driving and supporting a broad suite of business-critical platforms. In this dynamic role, you will balance daily operational enhancements with major strategic initiatives, including a highly anticipated telephony platform migration and expanding Experience Cloud capabilities.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration.
Proven expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Hands-on coding with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
Experience building and troubleshooting automations using standard and custom objects.
Extensive experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms and APIs.
Ability to decide between custom development and out-of-the-box configuration.
Comfort documenting technical decisions and Jira workflow management.
Ability to work independently in a distributed team.
Experience with Genesys integrations is highly preferred.
CTI platforms like Talkdesk are a plus.
Experience with Marketing Cloud is a plus.
Knowledge of Zapier/HiTouch live chat integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and maintain Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud functionality.
Evaluate requirements and architect efficient solutions via configuration or custom development.
Build and optimize complex automations and workflows.
Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex code.
Support data integrations between Salesforce and external platforms.
Lead telephony migration efforts from Talkdesk to Genesys and rebuild integrations.
Drive Experience Cloud initiatives and system enhancements.
Troubleshoot issues across the Salesforce environment.
Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks.
Maintain configuration and development tickets in Jira.
Work autonomously within a distributed team.
