Slalom, a leading technology and business consultancy, is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end Salesforce (SFDC) and sales enablement initiatives. You’ll oversee a small pod, manage the product backlog, and partner with engineering and product teams to translate complex needs into executable work.

The role demands 5-7+ years of delivery experience, hands-on Salesforce activity, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7+ years of technical program management or similar delivery experience.
• Experience leading Salesforce/SFDC implementations and sales enablement programs.
• Proven ability to own and prioritize backlogs and coordinate delivery teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce (SFDC) and sales enablement initiatives from requirements through deployment.
• Lead a pod of two developers and one Salesforce administrator, aligning priorities and delivery.
• Own and prioritize the backlog based on business needs and dependencies.
• Collaborate across business, product, engineering to translate needs into work.
• Drive program management fundamentals: scope, milestones, RAID, reporting, dependencies.
• Coordinate API-based integrations with engineers and technical leads.
• Establish lightweight delivery processes to create structure without slowing speed.
• Develop process docs, SOPs, requirements, and delivery artifacts.
• Lead change management and deployment readiness for Salesforce capabilities.
• Identify blockers and drive progress in evolving requirements.
