Slalom is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce delivery for client engagements. You will manage a small pod and own the backlog, coordinating with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive successful implementations.

This role emphasizes change management, rapid delivery, and driving value through Salesforce capabilities in a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in technical program management or similar delivery roles.
• Experience leading Salesforce implementations or enhancements.
• Experience owning backlogs and coordinating cross-functional delivery.
• Working knowledge of API-based integrations with engineers.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for backlog and delivery tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and sales enablement initiatives.
• Lead a small pod of two developers and one Salesforce administrator.
• Own, prioritize, and manage the product/program backlog based on business needs and dependencies.
• Partner across business, product, engineering to translate needs into requirements.
• Drive program management fundamentals including scope, milestones, RAID, status reporting.
• Coordinate API-based integrations with developers and technical leads.
• Establish lightweight delivery processes to balance structure and speed.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, requirements, and artifacts.
• Lead change management and deployment readiness for Salesforce capabilities.
• Proactively identify blockers and drive progress in evolving environments.
