Job summary

Slalom, a leading human-centered technology consultancy, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce delivery from requirements through deployment and hypercare. You will oversee a small pod of two developers and one Salesforce administrator, ensuring priorities and dependencies stay aligned.

You will manage backlogs, coordinate API-based integrations, and partner with product, engineering, and business teams to translate needs into executable work.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of technical program or project management experience.
• Experience leading full-cycle technology implementations.
• Experience supporting Salesforce/SFDC implementations or sales enablement programs.
• Strong backlog ownership and coordinating technical delivery teams.
• Experience with API-based integrations and partnering with engineers.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence for backlog management and documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and business audiences.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity while maintaining speed.
• A bias for action in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce (SFDC) and sales enablement initiatives from requirements through deployment and hypercare.
• Lead a Slalom pod consisting of two developers and one Salesforce administrator, keeping priorities aligned.
• Own and prioritize the product/program backlog based on business needs and delivery goals.
• Partner with business, product, engineering, and technical teams to translate needs into executable work.
• Drive program management fundamentals including scope, milestones, RAID, status reporting, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate API-based integrations and technical dependencies with developers and technical leads.
• Establish lightweight delivery processes that create structure without slowing the team.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, requirements, and delivery artifacts.
• Lead change management and deployment readiness for Salesforce capabilities and releases.
• Identify blockers, make decisions, and drive work forward as requirements evolve.
