Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce delivery in a remote, fast-paced environment. You will guide a pod of developers and an Salesforce administrator, prioritize the backlog, and coordinate across business, product, and engineering teams to translate needs into executable work.

You will drive program management fundamentals, manage API integrations, document processes, and lead change management and deployment readiness for new Salesforce capabilities,

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in technical program/project management or delivery.
• Experience leading full-cycle technology implementations through launch and hypercare.
• Hands-on Salesforce/SFDC implementations or sales enablement programs.
• Strong backlog ownership and coordinating delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and sales enablement initiatives.
• Lead a small pod of two developers and one Salesforce administrator.
• Own and manage the product/program backlog based on business needs.
• Partner across business, product, engineering, and technical teams to define requirements.
• Drive program management fundamentals: scope, milestones, RAID, status, dependencies, stakeholders.
• Coordinate API-based integrations with developers and technical leads.
• Establish lightweight delivery processes to maintain speed.
• Develop and maintain process docs, SOPs, requirements, and delivery artifacts.
• Lead change management and deployment readiness for Salesforce capabilities.
• Proactively identify blockers and drive progress in evolving requirements.
