Slalom is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce delivery and sales enablement initiatives. You will manage a small pod of developers and a Salesforce admin, prioritizing work and coordinating across business, product, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities include backlog ownership, API integrations, and driving program management fundamentals. You will thrive in a fast-moving environment with a strong bias for action and structured processes.

Formación

• 5-7+ years of technical program management, project management, or similar delivery experience.
• Experience leading full-cycle technology implementations from requirements to launch and hypercare.
• Experience supporting or leading Salesforce/SFDC implementations, enhancements, or sales enablement programs.
• Strong experience owning and prioritizing backlogs and coordinating technical delivery teams.
• Working knowledge of API-based integrations and partnering with engineers.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence for backlog management, requirements, documentation, and delivery tracking.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and business audiences.
• Experience with change management, deployment readiness, process documentation, and SOP development.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity while maintaining speed and avoiding bureaucracy.
• Bias for action in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce (SFDC) and sales enablement initiatives from requirements through deployment and hypercare.
• Lead a small pod consisting of two developers and one Salesforce administrator, aligning priorities and delivery.
• Own, prioritize, and manage the product/program backlog based on business needs and dependencies.
• Partner across business, product, engineering, and technical teams to translate needs into executable work.
• Drive program management fundamentals including scope, milestones, RAID, status reporting, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate API-based integrations and dependencies with developers and technical leads.
• Establish lightweight delivery processes that provide structure without slowing the team.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, requirements, and delivery artifacts.
• Lead change management and deployment readiness for Salesforce capabilities and releases.
• Proactively identify blockers and drive progress in evolving requirements.
