Job summary

Slalom is hiring for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce delivery and sales enablement initiatives. You’ll manage a small pod of two developers and one Salesforce administrator, align priorities, and drive backlog, dependencies, and delivery with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in technical program management or similar delivery experience.
• Experience leading full-cycle technology implementations from requirements to launch and hypercare.
• Experience supporting Salesforce/SFDC implementations, enhancements, or sales enablement programs.
• Strong backlog ownership and coordinating technical delivery teams.
• Working knowledge of API-based integrations and collaboration with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce (SFDC) and sales enablement initiatives from requirements and scoping through deployment and hypercare.
• Lead a small pod consisting of two developers and one Salesforce administrator, aligning priorities and delivery.
• Own, prioritize, and manage the product/program backlog based on business needs and dependencies.
• Partner with business, product, engineering, and technical teams to translate needs into actionable requirements.
• Drive program management fundamentals including scope, milestones, RAID, status reporting, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate API-based integrations and dependencies with developers and technical leads.
• Establish lightweight delivery processes providing structure without slowing the team.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, requirements, and delivery artifacts.
• Lead change management and deployment readiness for Salesforce capabilities and releases.
• Proactively identify blockers, make decisions, and drive work forward in a fast-moving environment.
