Job summary

Slalom Build is seeking a technical program manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce delivery and sales enablement initiatives. You will manage a small pod, prioritize the backlog, and partner with product, engineering, and business teams to translate needs into executable work.

The role requires 5-7+ years of delivery experience, a track record with Salesforce/SFDC deployments, and strong backlog and stakeholder management. The environment emphasizes speed, structure, and clear delivery artifacts.

Qualifications

5-7+ years of delivery experience in technical program management or similar roles.
Proven experience leading full-cycle technology implementations, including Salesforce/SFDC deployments.
Experience owning and prioritizing backlogs and coordinating delivery teams.
Strong stakeholder management across technical and business audiences.
Hands-on with API-based integrations and collaboration with engineers.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce (SFDC) and sales enablement initiatives.
Lead a small pod and align priorities, dependencies, and delivery.
Own and manage product/program backlog based on business needs.
Partner across business, product, engineering, and technical teams to translate needs into work.
Drive program management fundamentals: scope, milestones, RAID, status reporting, dependencies, stakeholders.
Coordinate API-based integrations with developers and technical leads.
Establish lightweight delivery processes to maintain speed and accountability.
Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, requirements, and artifacts.
Lead change management and deployment readiness for new Salesforce capabilities.
