Job summary

Hidden Jobs is seeking a Salesforce Data 360 Architect to own the data foundation of an enterprise AI and personalization program. This remote nearshore role is delivered from Latin American centers with substantial North American time-zone overlap.

You will design canonical data models, manage identity resolution, and decide ingestion versus federation strategies, while enabling activation across Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in data architecture with 2+ years designing on Salesforce Data 360 and proven ownership of consumption-cost reduction.

Responsibilities

• Design the canonical data model and mapping strategy across CRM, ERP, warehouse, and event sources.
• Own identity resolution design, including match rules, reconciliation, and unified profile definition.
• Decide what is ingested into Data 360, what is federated through zero-copy, and what stays out entirely.
• Design segmentation, calculated insights, and activation paths into Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and advertising platforms.
• Define grounding architecture for Agentforce, including retrieval sources and data-freshness requirements.
• Build consent, retention, and data-residency handling into the architecture from the start.
• Model and monitor Data 360 credit consumption, design to reduce it, and review data-stream and segment changes before production.
• Explain to executive stakeholders what Data 360 will and will not solve, and guide data engineers and Agentforce architects on design decisions.]
