This remote role offers access to cutting-edge technologies, ongoing learning, and global opportunities, with a base salary range of $150,000 to $195,000 per year, plus benefits and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with deep platform knowledge and implementation expertise.
• Proficient in RCA (Revenue Cloud Advanced) / ARM (Agentforce Revenue Management).
• Strong business analysis with ability to perform fit-gap analyses between requirements and platform capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions and user stories.
• Experience providing accurate effort estimates and risk assessments for enterprise Salesforce projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Track record of defining business outcomes and success metrics for technology implementations.
• Strong communication of technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional and technical leader for complex Salesforce projects across multiple domains.
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive user stories and well-architected solutions leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
• Provide detailed level of effort estimates and articulate benefits and risks of proposed solutions.
• Define measurable business outcomes and success criteria for Salesforce implementations.
• Engage with customer stakeholders, project management, and delivery teams to design optimal solutions.
• Provide thought leadership on improving customer operations through strategic Salesforce utilization.
