Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to shape enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. You will translate business needs into secure, scalable architectures and guide programs from discovery through implementation and improvement.

You will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and engineering teams to establish direction, governance, and measurable business value, while mentoring engineers and driving reusable assets across projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering CRM or enterprise application solutions, with strong hands-on Salesforce expertise.
• 3+ years in a Salesforce architecture or comparable technical leadership role on complex, multi-cloud programs.
• Strong practical expertise across core Salesforce portfolio: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud; hands-on with at least one of Agentforce, Salesforce AI, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, or industry clouds.
• Understanding of Salesforce development and configuration capabilities: Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, APIs, event-driven patterns.
• Experience with architecture governance, non-functional requirements, DevOps/CI-CD, environment strategy, data migration, release management.
• Ability to communicate architecture decisions and trade-offs clearly to executives and engineers.
• Proven client-facing, facilitation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for complex Salesforce transformation programs.
• Drive discovery workshops, assess requirements, and define target-state architecture and delivery roadmaps.
• Define application, integration, data, security, and environment strategies aligned with standards.
