Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is seeking a Technical Architect, AI & Agentforce to craft Agentforce-powered experiences that deliver measurable business value. You will lead the technical solution design across Agentforce, Data 360, and Salesforce, steering delivery from initial design through to production with client collaboration.

Required are 6+ years in software development and 4+ years in Salesforce architecture, plus strong Apex/JavaScript, REST APIs, and CI/CD expertise.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in application and software development.
• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or technical architecture role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure to modern coding languages (e.g. Python, Java, C#).
• Experience developing Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
• Experience designing integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems via REST APIs.
• Understanding of front-end web development principles (HTML/CSS) and source control/CI/CD.
• Strong communication skills; ability to convey technical details to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the complete technical solution design, including agent topics and deployment methods.
• Collaborate with customers and teammates to translate business needs into well-architected solutions.
• Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle from design through deployment and testing.
• Explore innovative AI agent solutions to drive business outcomes.
• Design scalable data architectures on Salesforce Data 360 and define real-time data activation patterns.
• Establish best practices for ingesting data at scale into Salesforce and Data 360.
• Define integration patterns between Salesforce and third-party systems; mentor developers.
