Job summary

Ampcus Inc. seeks a Salesforce AI Agentforce Developer with 5-8 years of Salesforce development experience to design, build, and deploy AI-powered autonomous agents using Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Data Cloud, and Einstein AI within Salesforce ecosystems.

The role requires hands-on implementation of Agent Builder components, integration via REST/SOAP APIs, and a focus on scalable, secure, and governance-compliant solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing and Support domains.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and various Cloud products.
• Hands-on Agentforce-related tools and AI capabilities.
• Experience designing and deploying autonomous AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered autonomous agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
• Configure Agent Builder, Topics, Instructions, Actions, Guardrails, and Agent Scripts.
• Develop custom Agent Actions using Apex, Flows, APIs, and integrations.
• Build conversational AI solutions for Sales, Service, Marketing, and Support use cases.
• Leverage Data Cloud for contextual grounding and decision-making.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven workflows.
• Ensure governance, security, and performance best practices.
• Participate in architecture and code reviews; support CI/CD with Salesforce DX and DevOps tools.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce AI Agentforce Developer with 5-8 years of Salesforce development experience and hands-on expertise in building AI-powered autonomous agents using Salesforce Agentforce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent agentic solutions leveraging Agentforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Data Cloud, Prompt Engineering, and Salesforce AI technologies.
