Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture, is seeking a Salesforce Agentforce Architect to design and deliver Agentforce-powered solutions for clients in a remote US role. You will architect technical solutions, collaborate with AI teams, and drive business value at scale.

You will lead project design, align with Salesforce, Claude, and related platforms, and work with customers and delivery teams to implement scalable, AI-driven architectures.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of application and software development experience.
• 4+ years with Salesforce in a development role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS front-end development.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with source control and branching strategies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps principles.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver Agentforce-powered experiences for clients.
• Collaborate with customers, PMs, solution architects, developers and UX designers.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from design through deployment.
• Follow and understand new Salesforce products and capabilities.
• Lead complete technical solution design for agentic topics and data structures.
• Explore limits of automated Agents and AI capabilities across platforms.
• Establish best practices for data ingestion into Salesforce at scale.
• Contribute reusable assets to improve delivery quality and consistency.
