Job summary

GroundTruth is seeking a Salesforce Administrator with 3–5 years of experience and development exposure. The role is remote with night shift hours (IST) and immediate to 30 days start.

You will manage users, automation, reports, data integrity, and platform enhancements to drive efficiency across teams. You will also lead complex Case workflows, Apex customizations, and integrations while collaborating with Finance, Legal, Ad Ops, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
• ADM 201 and/or PD1 certification.
• Apex development experience including triggers, classes, and test coverage.
• Experience with Data Loader and declarative rollup tools (DLRS).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and custom objects.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Salesforce platform including user setup, profiles, permission sets, roles, security settings, and access controls.
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes, and business workflows.
• Design, build, and optimize Salesforce Flows and automation processes to improve efficiency.
• Maintain complex, multi-step Case workflows spanning cross-functional teams.
• Take ownership of Apex-based customizations and integrations to reduce external development needs.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for KPIs and data-driven decisions.
• Provide day-to-day Salesforce support, troubleshooting, documentation, and user training.
• Manage data quality through imports, exports, mass updates, data cleansing, and governance.
