Job summary

CRH is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our team in Georgia. This remote role supports a mature Salesforce platform, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions from design to deployment.

You will configure and maintain Salesforce objects, security, reports, and dashboards, participate in Agile ceremonies, and stay current with Salesforce releases. A strong admin cert and 3+ years in a complex org are required.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a complex org
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required; ADM 211 preferred
Experience with declarative Salesforce tools (Flows, LEX pages, Validation Rules) and integrations

Responsibilities

Partner with Solution Architect and BA to configure Salesforce and deliver solutions
Attend daily scrums and report progress in JIRA
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and evaluate new features
Develop/configure SFDC changes and manage deployments across sandboxes and production
Develop ad-hoc reports for user groups and stakeholders
Assist with QA, training, and Level 3 support
