Tractor Zoom is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce environment. The role supports the sales and operations teams with ongoing administration, reporting, and training, ensuring data quality and efficient processes across the platform.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on experience, a Salesforce Admin certification is strongly preferred, and excellent communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in any field.
• 5+ years of professional work experience.
• Salesforce Administrator certification strongly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Google apps.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day administration of our Salesforce instance.
• Manage users, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
• Provide training and support to sales, operations, and customers.
• Generate and analyze reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
• Ensure data quality and perform data clean-up as needed.
• Design and implement solutions via custom objects, fields, workflows, and processes.
• Coordinate integrations with other software and systems.
• Collaborate with sales team to optimize processes and productivity.
