Tekmetric is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to partner with our current Admin, manage and optimize the Salesforce environment, and support reporting, compliance, and business operations.

The role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving, and a user-centric approach to delivering an excellent end-user experience across a hybrid/remote work model with travel for team events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce Admin Certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, data management, and automation.
• Experience with third-party integrations and installed packages.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce environment including updates, enhancements, and new functionalities for reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Customize and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet evolving business needs.
• Maintain documentation on Salesforce processes and compliance controls.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews of configurations and user roles to ensure compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce apps and integrations.
• Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce.
• Provide training to end-users.
• Manage integrations and installed packages (HubSpot, Chargebee, Zendesk, Gong).
• Oversee duplicate management, data loads, and automation enhancements.
• Continuously improve automation workflows and processes.
• Maintain focus on optimizing end-user experience.
