Job summary

TaxSlayer is seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to support day-to-day administration of our Salesforce Sales Cloud (Agentforce Sales) platform. You will configure and maintain functionality, ensure data integrity, support end users, and implement scalable solutions while coordinating with business stakeholders.

This fully remote role requires strong troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and IT.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform administration, configuration, and ongoing platform management.
Experience configuring workflows, reports, dashboards, permissions, and security settings.
Understanding of Salesforce automation tools, including Salesforce Flow.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Salesforce functionality including objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and flows.
Oversee deployment, customization, and ongoing administration of the Salesforce CRM platform.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to support processes and deliver analytics.
Develop and maintain Salesforce documentation, training materials, and user support resources.
Monitor data quality, data migrations, imports/exports, and data integrity across systems.
