Job summary

TaxSlayer is seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to support day-to-day administration of our Salesforce Sales Cloud (Agentforce Sales) platform. You will configure and maintain Salesforce functionality, ensure data integrity, support end users, and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to support key processes, deliver reports and analytics, and stay current on releases to improve system

Qualifications

• Experience administering Salesforce Sales Cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, configuration, and platform management.
• Experience configuring workflows, reports, dashboards, permissions, and security settings.
• Understanding of Salesforce automation tools, including Salesforce Flow.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Salesforce functionality, including objects, fields, layouts, rules, reports, dashboards, and automations.
• Oversee deployment, customization, and ongoing administration of the Salesforce CRM platform.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and stakeholders to support processes and deliver analytics.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce documentation, training materials, and user support resources.
• Support integrations, monitor data flows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure performance.
• Manage data quality initiatives and data cleanup activities.
• Monitor system performance and implement enhancements for productivity.
• Maintain platform security through roles, permissions, and auditing.
