Job summary

TaxSlayer is seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of our Salesforce Sales Cloud. You will configure and maintain Salesforce functionality, ensure data integrity, and enable end users while liaising with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

You will collaborate across teams to optimize processes, security, and reporting, while staying current on Salesforce releases and best practices to continuously improve

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, configuration, and ongoing platform management.
• Experience configuring workflows, reports, dashboards, permissions, and security settings
• Understanding of Salesforce automation tools, including Salesforce Flow.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Salesforce functionality, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and flow automations.
• Oversee deployment, customization, and ongoing administration of the Salesforce CRM platform.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to support processes and deliver reporting and analytics for decision-making.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Salesforce documentation, training materials, and user support resources.
• Support Salesforce integrations, monitor data flows, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with partners to ensure system performance.
• Manage data quality initiatives, including imports, exports, duplicate management, and cleanup.
• Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve user productivity.
• Maintain platform security through role hierarchies, permissions, access controls, and auditing.
• Gather business requirements and translate into Salesforce solutions.
• Stay current on Salesforce enhancements, releases, and best practices.
