Job summary

Haag Global, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support the ongoing administration, adoption, and governance of Haag’s Salesforce platform. You will gather business requirements, translate needs into scalable solutions, and collaborate with the internal Salesforce Developer on enhancements and integrations.

The role requires strong knowledge of Salesforce and Certinia, with a focus on security, data quality, training, and documentation to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience in a technical field.
• Experience implementing Salesforce configurations including automation, rules, fields, layouts, and reports.
• Salesforce admin experience with security, data quality, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce users, licenses, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Configure objects, fields, layouts, flows, reports,Dashboards, and mobile features.
• Collaborate with in‑house Salesforce Developer on integrations and technical solutions.
• Support change management, governance, and release readiness for platform updates.
• Monitor data quality and user adoption; provide training and documentation.
