Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
• Demonstrated experience working with nonprofit organizations.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain core Salesforce functionality including complex automation and dashboards.
• Translate user requirements into sustainable Salesforce solutions with a quality user experience.
• Collaborate with external partners to design, implement, and troubleshoot cross-platform integrations.
• Manage Salesforce security architectures including roles, profiles, permissions, and OWDs.
• Develop test plans and maintain change management practices.
• Lead training sessions for staff across North America to drive adoption and literacy.
• Drive data quality initiatives and train users on data best practices.
• Support system integrations and third-party applications like Sage Intacct, Make.com, FormAssembly, Apsona.
• Manage sandbox environments for development and testing.
• Create and maintain documentation of Salesforce configurations and integrations.
• Monitor Salesforce releases and recommend platform enhancements.
