Job summary

AAPC is seeking a versatile Salesforce Developer/Administrator to join our RevOps team. This hands-on role covers building integrations, automations, and custom components to scale our Salesforce environment across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Education Cloud.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage users and security, and ensure a healthy, scalable org. This position is US-based remote only, empowering you to contribute directly to our growth while working from home.

Qualifications

• 3 years of proven experience as Salesforce Developer and Administrator.
• Expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Flows and API integrations.
• Strong understanding of deployment processes and Salesforce DX.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certifications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions across various clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Build and maintain integrations with third‑party applications using tools like Mulesoft or other integration platforms.
• Develop complex automations using Flow, Apex.
• Create and maintain custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance user experience and functionality.
• Work with OmniStudio to build guided processes and data models, specifically within Education Cloud.
• Perform administrative tasks such as user management, security settings, data management, and report/dashboard creation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Ensure the health and scalability of the Salesforce platform by following best practices and maintaining a clean org.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise, providing timely and effective support to end-users.
