Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to maintain and optimize a Salesforce environment for a mission-driven organization. This fully remote role covers North America, with ownership of data quality, security, and platform governance.

You will design scalable solutions, automate complex processes, and deliver user-friendly experiences across teams. You will lead training, manage integrations with third-party apps, and collaborate with vendors to ensure reliable system updates and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Required Salesforce Administrator certification.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce products, including complex Flow automation and platform maintenance.
Experience with nonprofit organizations and understanding their needs.
Experience supporting third-party integrations and connected business applications.
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data quality, testing, and change management.
Ability to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce functionality including Flows, layouts, custom objects, and dashboards.
Translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions.
Manage Salesforce security architecture and access controls.
Support integrations with Sage Intacct, Make.com, FormAssembly, and Apsona.
Collaborate with partners to design cross-platform functionality.
Develop test plans and manage sandbox environments.
Lead training sessions and workshops for North America teams.
Drive data quality initiatives and user data management best practices.
Create documentation for configurations, workflows, and procedures.
Monitor Salesforce releases and propose beneficial enhancements.
Provide ongoing technical support and prioritize multiple requests.
