Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to maintain, optimize, and enhance a Salesforce environment for a mission-driven organization. You will design scalable solutions, automate complex workflows, and improve user experience across North America in a fully remote role.

You will own data quality, security, documentation, and governance, while training staff and supporting cross-country teams to maximize Salesforce value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification with hands-on admin experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce products, including Flow automation and configuration.
• Experience with third-party integrations (e.g., Sage Intacct) and connected apps.
• Strong understanding of security, data quality, testing, and change management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of training diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce functionality, including complex Flows and dashboards.
• Translate requirements into scalable, intuitive technical solutions.
• Manage Salesforce security: roles, profiles, permissions, sharing, OW Defaults.
• Support integrations with Sage Intacct and external systems; collaborate with partners.
• Lead training sessions and workshops to boost Salesforce adoption.
• Drive data quality initiatives and user training on data management.
• Create and maintain documentation for configurations and procedures.
• Monitor releases and recommend enhancements aligned with needs.
• Provide ongoing technical support and balance competing priorities.
