Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to maintain, optimize, and enhance a Salesforce environment supporting a mission-driven organization. You will design scalable solutions, automate workflows, and improve user experience while safeguarding data quality and platform governance in a fully remote setup.

You will lead training, support integrations with Sage Intacct and other systems, manage security, and monitor releases to recommend enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field is required.
• Salesforce Administrator certification and hands-on Salesforce experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, including Flow automation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Experience with third-party integrations and connected applications.
• Strong understanding of security architecture, access management, and data quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to train diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce functionality including Flows, layouts, objects, actions, apps, and dashboards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with a focus on UX.
• Manage and audit Salesforce security: roles, profiles, permissions, sharing rules, and OWD.
• Support integrations with Sage Intacct and other systems; collaborate with partners.
• Lead training sessions, webinars, and workshops to improve Salesforce adoption.
• Drive data quality initiatives with hygiene processes and user training.
• Create and maintain documentation on configurations, workflows, integrations, and procedures.
• Monitor Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements aligned with best practices.
• Provide ongoing technical support and manage priorities within broader IT initiatives.
