Job summary

Jobgether seeks a proficient Salesforce Administrator for a fully remote position in the United States to maintain, optimize, and enhance a Salesforce environment supporting a mission-driven organization.

You will design scalable solutions, automate complex workflows, and improve user experience while owning data quality, security, documentation, and governance across North America. Training and ongoing support are essential to maximize Salesforce value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• Salesforce Administrator certification and hands-on Salesforce admin experience are required.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce including Flow automation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Experience with third‑party integrations and connected business apps.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, access management, data quality, testing, and change management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to train diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects remotely and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce functionality including Flows, layouts, custom objects, actions, apps, and dashboards.
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions ensuring high-quality UX.
• Audit and manage Salesforce security (roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing, OWD).
• Support integrations with Sage Intacct and Make; troubleshoot cross-platform issues.
• Lead training sessions and workshops to improve Salesforce adoption across North America.
• Drive data quality initiatives and train users in data management best practices.
• Create and maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, integrations, and ops procedures.
• Monitor releases, evaluate new features, and recommend improvements.
