Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Salesforce Administrator based in the United States. This role maintains, optimizes, and enhances a Salesforce environment supporting a mission-driven organization.

You will design scalable solutions, automate workflows, and improve user experience while owning data quality, security, documentation, and governance. It is a fully remote opportunity across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required.
• Strong knowledge of Flow automation, security, data quality, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce functionality including Flows, layouts, objects, and dashboards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and intuitive user experiences.
• Audit and manage Salesforce security, roles, permissions, sharing rules, and OWD.
• Support integrations with external systems (e.g., Sage Intacct) and cross-platform functionality.
• Lead training sessions and workshops to improve Salesforce adoption across North America.
• Drive data quality initiatives and maintain comprehensive documentation.
