Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to maintain and optimize a Salesforce environment for a mission-driven organization across the United States. This fully remote role offers flexibility, professional development, and opportunities to leverage technology for impact.

You will design scalable solutions, manage data quality and security, and lead North American user training while coordinating with external partners for seamless integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required with hands-on experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Flow automation and platform maintenance.
• Experience with third-party integrations and connected applications.
• Strong understanding of security, data quality, testing, and change management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to train diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce functions including Flows, dynamic layouts, custom objects, actions, and dashboards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions that deliver a high-quality user experience.
• Manage and audit Salesforce security, roles, profiles, permissions, sharing, and OW limits.
• Support integrations with Sage Intacct and other external systems; collaborate with partners to troubleshoot cross-platform functionality.
• Lead training sessions and workshops to boost Salesforce adoption and proficiency.
• Drive data quality initiatives with data hygiene processes and user training.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, workflows, and procedures.
• Monitor Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements aligned with business needs.
