Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Required Salesforce Administrator certification and hands-on admin experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Flow, configuration, customization, and platform maintenance.
• Experience with third-party integrations and connected business apps.
• Security architecture, access management, data quality, testing, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce functionality including complex Flows and dashboards.
• Gather requirements and translate into scalable technical solutions.
• Manage Salesforce security: roles, profiles, permissions, sharing, and OWND.
• Support integrations with third-party systems and external apps.
• Lead training sessions and improve Salesforce adoption across North America.
• Drive data quality initiatives and enforce data hygiene practices.
• Create and maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, integrations, and procedures.
• Monitor Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements.
• Provide ongoing technical support and prioritize competing tasks.
