Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is required.
• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
• Strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience managing user access, security, roles, profiles, sharing rules.
• Expertise in Salesforce Lightning administration and configuration.
• Experience creating flows, validation rules, page layouts, reports.
• Proficiency with Data Loader and bulk data management.
• Understanding of deployment methods including sandbox management.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce environments including Sales and Service Cloud.
• Manage user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security.
• Perform sandbox refreshes, deployments, and environment management.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and custom report types.
• Configure and troubleshoot Flows, Email Alerts, templates, and page layouts.
• Support data imports, exports, cleansing, and bulk updates.
• Research, test, and implement Salesforce releases and AppExchange apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and automation.
• Maintain documentation of Salesforce processes and configurations.
