Job summary

Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner organization, seeks an experienced Salesforce Administrator to maintain and optimize a Salesforce environment for a mission‑driven organization. You will design scalable solutions, automate complex workflows, and improve the overall user experience.

Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to build integrations and strengthen system functionality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Salesforce Administrator certification and hands-on Salesforce admin experience.
• Strong knowledge of Flow automation, configuration, and platform maintenance.
• Experience supporting nonprofit organizations and third‑party integrations.
• Solid understanding of security, data quality, testing, and change management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to train diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce functionality including complex Flows and dashboards.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions for a high‑quality user experience.
• Manage Salesforce security architecture, roles, profiles, and permissions.
• Support integrations with Sage Intacct, Make.com, FormAssembly, and Apsona.
• Collaborate with partners and vendors to implement cross‑platform functionality.
• Lead testing, sandbox management, and change control for reliable updates.
• Lead staff training and webinars to improve Salesforce adoption across North America.
• Drive data quality initiatives and user training on data management best practices.
• Create and maintain documentation on configurations, workflows, integrations, and procedures.
