Job summary

Memodo GmbH is seeking a Salesforce specialist to join on a permanent, full-time basis in a remote-capable role for Germany. You will develop and optimize our Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud with tailored automations, dashboards, and workflows to help our teams operate at their best and accelerate the digitalization of the energy transition.

You will support the Product Owner, monitor performance, ensure data quality, and collaborate with internal and external partners to extend the platform

Qualifications

• Experience in Salesforce administration and knowledge of Sales, Service & Experience Cloud.
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes, including reporting and Flow Builder.

Responsibilities

• Support the Salesforce Product Owner in validating and implementing requirements from Sales and Service departments.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of implemented processes in Sales and Service Cloud and optimize for efficiency.
• Create solution designs and technical implementations with high data quality on the Salesforce platform.
• Carry out system adjustments and configurations, including reports, dashboards, and workflows.
• Provide technical support and training for optimal use of Sales and Service Cloud.
• Coordinate collaboration with internal and external partners to develop the platform and integrate new features.
