Job summary

Batteries Plus seeks a Salesforce Administrator to manage day-to-day Salesforce operations remotely from Wisconsin. You will configure roles, fields, and processes while partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to drive improvements and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 4+ years of Salesforce experience in analyst/administrator roles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Salesforce and/or Agentforce certification required.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain user roles, profiles, permissions, page layouts, workflows, and approval processes.
• Create and manage custom fields, objects, record types, and relationships.
• Build reports, dashboards, and list views to support decision-making.
• Manage data integrity through cleansing and deduplication.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to identify and implement Salesforce improvements.
• Design AI-powered workflows, automations, and agent interactions to support sales objectives.
• Monitor Salesforce releases and manage upgrades with minimal disruption.
• Provide day-to-day user support and deliver training for new and existing users.
