Job summary

Tekmetric is seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to partner with our team in managing and optimizing our Salesforce environment. You will support reporting, compliance, and business operations with a focus on data integrity, security, and end-user experience.

As part of a collaborative, fast-moving environment, you will work with stakeholders and external integrations (HubSpot, Chargebee, Zendesk, Gong) to deliver scalable technical solutions and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce Admin Certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, data management, and automation best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage a Salesforce environment, including updates, enhancements, and new functionalities for reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Customize and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet evolving business needs.
• Maintain documentation on Salesforce processes and controls.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce applications and integrations.
