Job summary

Offprem Technology, a Salesforce consulting firm based in the United States, is seeking an Account Executive for Latin America. This remote-friendly role requires building a sales pipeline, presenting Salesforce value, and closing opportunities across the region.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish, willing to travel regularly to Brazil, and capable of managing complex deals from discovery to closure while aligning with customer objectives and the Salesforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of sales, solution engineering, or client-facing experience selling Salesforce.
• Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new opportunities and build a robust pipeline.
• Deliver tailored Salesforce demonstrations and presentations to clients.
• Perform needs analyses and propose customized Salesforce solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals, forecast revenue and track targets.
• Stay current on Salesforce trends and industry best practices.
