Job summary

Offprem Technology seeks a Salesforce Account Executive, Health and Life Sciences, to identify, qualify, and close new business with life sciences organizations such as pharma, biotech, medical devices, and diagnostics. You will articulate Salesforce CRM value, drive pipeline, and collaborate with Salesforce teams to secure solutions that deliver measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 3–5 years of sales or solution engineering in life sciences with proven success.
• Strong understanding of life sciences buyers and regulatory environments (HIPAA, FDA, GxP).
• Excellent negotiation, closing, prospecting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities with life sciences and healthcare organizations.
• Develop and deliver compelling Salesforce CRM demonstrations and proposals.
• Conduct needs assessments and propose customized Salesforce solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients.
• Stay updated on health & life sciences trends and Salesforce product updates.
