• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and implement training programs for Solta Medical sales to build product knowledge and selling skills.
• Onboard new hires and provide field coaching to drive adoption and performance.
• Manage learning platforms, LMS, and education modules with updated materials.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and operations to identify training needs and solutions.
• Develop a measurement strategy for program effectiveness and sustainability.
• Lead field-based trainers and mentor relationships for onboarding and training programs.
• Maintain training materials, including self-study guides and gamification.
• Ensure training materials are approved through Veeva Vault (PRC).
• Plan national accounts training at scale and support clinical execution.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales to support ongoing education.
